student with a computer and barcode labels

Noah and  Paige are getting right down to business in their Coding and Robotics class  with Mr. Wood. They are engraving barcode numbers on all of these calculators that will be used in some of our math classes. This process will make it easy to identify these calculators and to whom the calculator belongs too.

To get a finished product, Noah inputs the barcode  information into a program on the computer which then generates to the engraving machine and engraves the coordinated number onto the calculator. This is a very fast process of around 20-30 seconds, start to finish. Who knew engraving could be used on plastic, cardboard and so much more!

Thank you, Noah and Paige, for your hard work in getting this project done!
