Dear Crosby-Ironton School District families,
We have rounded the halfway point of summer and eagerly await the opportunity to work with your children in the 2020-2021 school year. Let us share with you what we know.
Guidelines from the office of the Governor (in consultation with the Minnesota
Department of Health and the Minnesota Department of Education) are to be announced during the week of July 27th. At C-I, we have a framework in place for each of the three possible scenarios. We want you to know that whether your children are able to attend school in person, in a hybrid model or via distance learning, we are ready to deliver first-rate education in a safe environment. We will clearly communicate with you, the specifics of our plan and provide answers to any questions you may have after the governor has made his announcement during the week of July 27th.
As we approach the first day of school on August 31st and await the announcement of the specific scenario under which school will operate, please know that you will continue to hear from us, so that you are able to have discussions with your children about what they can expect upon our return.
