No School for Prek-6th Grade, Thursday, April 6!
It has been one year since the grand opening of Ranger Made, the new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Wing at the Crosby-Ironton High School. Now, students are beginning to share their welding skills to help a local business. Students in Ranger Made are teaming up with one of our local businesses, Mixed Company- A Kava House, owned by Johnna Johnson, to update the business signage on her building. Students are working in collaboration with Johnna to ensure the design and size of the newly manufactured signage is to her liking. Once the prototype is done, students will be using the plasma cutter to cut each letter out of metal. Then, two pieces of metal tubing will be added to each letter for easy anchoring onto the Mixed Company building. Stay tuned for updates on this Ranger Made project!
