The Culinary Arts 1 class was busy creating their own unique food truck concept. This included building the menu, marketing, pricing, making grocery lists, preparing, and FINALLY serving their creations at the Food Truck Expo for over fifty students and staff members!

Dinner: 6:00pm at the Northern Pacific Center
Dance: 7-11:00pm at the Northern Pacific Center
