Mr. Wood brought 10-12th grade students to Camp Ripley. While there, staff showed students the various jobs on post, explained their environmental role in the area, and went through the military role in Minnesota and USA. For some fun they got to play on the tanks and howitzers. Thank you, Camp Ripley, for hosting our students!

English 8 students wrote creative disaster stories where characters had to try and survive a variety of situations including natural disasters, alien invasions, and zombie takeovers!

On Wednesday, May 7th, come down to the Crosby-Ironton High School track to participate in our 3rd annual Walk to HOPE. The gates open at 5 and the walk begins at 6 P.M.
This walk benefits HOPE (Healing Opportunity Provided Equally), a local domestic violence organization to help individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. The cost is $20 to attend. We are having a friendly competition against Aitkin to see who can get the most participants. Lets show Ranger pride and support for HOPE on May 7th!

Fourth graders worked on building word problem skills in math with some friendly competition, collaboration, and critical thinking! #teamwork #mathisfun

On April 9th, SALT, along with students from NHS and Student Council, volunteered at Feed My Starving Children, packing meals for Haiti. C-I alone packed over 10,710 meals!! A special thanks to CLEF for providing the funds needed to transport the 30 students that attended.
