Thanks to a generous donation from Pastor Dustin McCaleb and the Crosby Assembly of God church, the Crosby-Ironton Secondary School is able to host speaker Terrence Talley! Terrence gives presentations to students all over the country delivering a positive message: "You matter and because you matter you can make a difference!" He will be at the school on October 11th. Parents are welcome to attend either session, 10:00-11:00 or 12:30-1:30. Presentation will take place in the Mayberry Auditorium.

In Technology and Innovation class at CRES, 4th grade students are designing and constructing solar panel homes. The challenge is to use solar panels to power an interior fan and achieve the lowest temperature inside the house when placed outside for 5 minutes. These students used 3D CAD software to design their home, then used it as a reference as they built it. We will be testing these this week!
