On February 26, members of S.A.L.T. served up a delicious meal of ham and cheese melts, pasta salad, fruit salad, a veggie mix salad, and dessert to guests at Community Table, held at St. Joseph's Church. S.A.L.T. students enjoyed the experience!

We've received feedback on the proposed school schedule change for next year. While adding more high school electives is positive, some families find the bus times challenging. We're revisiting the schedule to ease the burden, involving the whole district.

Special Olympics and their Unified Partners travelled to Confidence Learning Center, last Thursday, for the Winter Carnival. Due to the lack of snow there was no tubing or "winter" activities but many other fun activities for the students to partake in. There was bean bag toss, face painting, human fooseball, bowling, visits to the wildlife sanctuary and nature center, plus so much more!
