Save Our Rocket Launch! 6th grade needs 2 liter soda bottles or they are in danger of not launching rockets this year! They need about 50 more bottles. Our students do not have a lot of pop/soda bottles at home. We have been asking and trying! If you have any 2 liter bottles please drop them off CRES office. Thank you for helping out.

Mrs. Otterstad's Baking and Pastry class learned how to make 6-strand braided challah bread. It is made with no dairy and sweetened with honey. It is beautiful and delicious! * Challa bread traditionally used as a centerpiece for Ashkenazi Jewish ceremonies, though it can be found in bakeries as a part of their daily offerings. The name challah is derived from a Hebrew word that refers to the portion of dough given to the Lord as a gift. Today, observing Jewish bakers will still tear a small piece of dough away to burn in the oven or fire while making a blessing.
