College in the Schools Public Speaking students have been working hard the past couple of weeks to prepare and present group speeches. Topics discussed included plastic pollution in the ocean, artificial intelligence (AI), and the movie Finding Nemo. The Finding Nemo group decided to get into the spirit of their topic and dress up for the occasion! A job well done to all groups!

The 7th graders went on quite the adventure to Trout Lake Camp. While there they tried ziplining, laser tag and climbing on these crazy courses!

Congratulations to Olivia Rudolph for being chosen as "Elks Student of the Month"! Every year the scholarship committee votes on a student that is a credit to their home, school and community. Olivia is all this and more! She received a $250 Scholarship, Articles in Brainerd Dispatch and the Elkorama, and a Recognition Dinner at the Elks Club in Brainerd. We are proud of you Olivia!
