Thank you so much to the CRES PTO for coordinating the program and to Rafferty's Pizza of Crosby for donating the pizza .We appreciate your continued support for all the students at CRES! 5th graders in Mrs. Vosacek's class got in the holiday spirit before the break!




The winter band concert is rescheduled for Sunday, January 8 at 2pm in the Mayberry Auditorium. Doors open at 1:30pm. See you there!

Snow much fun!
Mrs. Cencer's class had a math problem snow ball fight! All the kids were given sheets of paper with math problems on them. Once they were completed they made snowballs out of their sheets and had a snowball fight with their classmates!



Winter Break


"The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!"
The 7th and 8th grade choir spread cheer this morning caroling throughout the building!


Today, Thursday, December 22 will be an e-learning due to the windchill and weather. Please stay safe.

Conceptual Physics (juniors and seniors) just finished up a presentation project. Students teamed up to show a specific aspect of Newton's Laws through a physics demonstration. They spent time researching, practicing, and transforming into a skit.

Ms. Anna's class got to decorate cookies and also had a special visitor stop in...Santa!


It's a perfect day to snuggle up with a blanket and that's just what Ms. Pribyl's kindergartners did!


Tis the season to be jolly!
Santa and Frosty greeted students at CRES this morning!




In order to prepare for their final test on The Giver, Mrs. Syrstad’s 7th graders completed an escape room. They had 45 minutes to find five clues using vocabulary, text and character analysis, and plot sequence. All 7th graders were able to escape before time ran out!

Dress-up days start tomorrow (12-19) for the high school and elementary. We can’t wait to see all the pictures!



There will be elementary basketball practice on Saturday, December 17, in the PE gym.
